JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sell ads for broadcast and online for cross-platform advertising and promotions for new channel launch. Will work to identify, approach, develop, close and manage business from new and existing accounts. Primary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Client-focused seller
• Day to day selling efforts to achieve a multi-million dollar, annual team goal
• Ability to create, develop and execute sales strategies and proposals
• Work to identify and develop sales opportunities within territory
• Create sales presentations for key, target categories and accounts within territory
• Review and receive approval of ad pricing for all proposals in the region

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This person will be responsible for developing global PR strategies for all activities related to the company’s initiatives, including the launch of our channel, new releases and publicity-driven consumer events. This person must have the ability to speak conversational Italian.
This person will provide direction and counsel to global markets, work closely with Senior Management & Marketing Teams, will develop plans that will help build brand image, garner media coverage and ultimately drive sales. Candidate must have PR management experience, agency or in-house is ok, and candidate must come out of the entertainment industry and have strong relationships with entertainment editors.

Director, Digital Marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the development and implementation of digital media marketing plans in support of consumer marketing efforts
Media
• Direct and manage all online and digital marketing efforts
• Provide media expertise in the interactive media space; advise on appropriate environments for paid advertising, evaluate all online media plans provided by external media buying services, analyze the performance of all online campaigns
Promotion
• Research and recommend appropriate partners for online grassroots efforts and manage the development and execution of grassroots initiatives

Creative

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:
• College degree (BA Marketing preferred)
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing/advertising management
• Experience in long-term strategic planning
• Ability to assess and implement solutions in support of marketing goals
• Proven ability in business development to drive and support sales goals
• Strong management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Ability to direct, manage and inspire a team
